This was one of the most difficult jobs of the company. The work included overall electric, hydraulic systems, telephone and computer wiring in two main buildings that were in desparate conditions. The work was done in less than 5 months.

The company had several contracts with Mac Albania, the owner of Sheraton Hotel, on infrastructure works, refining works, hydro-isolation works, terraces, air-conditioning systems etc. All these works came out at a very high quality.

Client:	Prime Ministry

Our company had the honor to do the refurbishment works on the Prime Ministry’s offices. The works included the whole Italian-style 4 stories building including replacement of marble and wooden floors, refurbishment of Prime Minister’s Office, Council of Ministers Meeting Room, tails, all offices walls, bathrooms, replacement of door and windows frames, etc. The cost exceeded 1.7 million dollars and the work finished in less than 5 months.
