Civil building in Durres

Civil building in Durres in collaboration with SND Construction was designed and built a 13 floors, 3 floors, three are multifunctional floors as shopping center and stores. There are also 2 underground floors for the parking.

Hotel in Saranda

Project of a hotel in Saranda in 2006. The hotel has 60 rooms, 3 suites, 2 restaurants, bar caffe, closed swimming pool, offices and meeting rooms. Also is recreation area (fittness, sauna, beauty center), VIP bar caffe, etc.

International Center of Culture

Project of restauration of the International Center of Culture “Pjeter Arbnori“ and the adaptation of these space into the National theatre .The tender was done by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. The investment was 3.5 million euro. Studio A1, in this project has also collaborated with Enigma sh.p.k.

Project of a residence in the village of Mëzez

Project of a residence in the village of Mëzez, Kashar Commune (at the entrance of Tirana). The project has 8 towers of 10 floors mostly for habitation and 2 floors are multifunctional floors as shopping center and stores. There is also 1 underground floor for the parking.

Project for a touristic Complex in Vlora

The hotel is situated inside the city of Vlora in the area that is called “the new beach“. It has 9 – 10 – 11 floors and 1 floor underground for parking purposes and in total 156 rooms, 26 rooms for each floor. In the 9-th and 10-th floors are 41 suites. The hotel includes also 3 restaurants, 2 swimming pools, fitness center, casino ,VIP restorant, VIP bar, private bar, night club and closed parkings for every room of the hotel.

Multifunctional Complex and Touristic Hotel in Linze

Architectural design for the multifunctional complex and touristic hotel in Linza, Commune of Dajti.
20 rooms for each floor, shops and restaurants. In the last floor a closed swimming pool and a recreation area beauty center, fitness, massage, saunas etc.
The main function of the upper floor will be multifunctional, as conferences, meetings and ceremonies. The project is in the process of the building permittion.

Touristic village of Mak Albania in Golem, Kavaja

The urbanistic architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical project, for a touristic village of Mak Albania in Golem, Kavaja. The toal area is 80 000 m². For this project our studio has collaborated with Enigma shpk. It consists in converting the area in a nice touristic village, adaptation of the restaurant in a hotel and also building other villas in the south and west of the property.

Civil buildings in Kombinat, Tirana

Civil buildings with 7 – 8 – 9 floors in the area of Kombinat, Tirana. There are 8 buildings with 7- 9 floor and 1 floor underground for parking purposes. The ground floor and the first floor are stores and multifunctional areas. The project is in the process of the building permittion.

Civil building in Orikum, Vlora

The building has 6 + 1 floors and the underground floor is parking. The object is divided into two towers and each tower has 11 apartments on each floor. In total there are 140 apartments.

Restauration of Hotel Grand of Prishtina, Kosovo

Restauration of Hotel Grand of Prishtina and converting it to a 5 star hotel “Crowne Plaza” Of “International Hotel Group”. There are 375 rooms. Adoptation with the requirements of 5 stars standards also for investitor demands the transformation will include: 185 standard rooms, 4 suites, 6 apartments, 20 club rooms, 14 interconnected, 2 handicap rooms,1 presidential suite, 2 main restaurants, 4 multifunctional areas, vip lounge bar, private club, 2 board rooms , 1600 m² SPA, 4000 m² business center. This project is in international tendering process . The management company is IC CONSULENTEN.
