SND Construction sh.p.k. is established in 1993, with Tirana District Court Order Nr. 8110, dated 19.11.1993. Since the establishment, the company has followed a clear strategy. Development through recruitment of highly professional staff to enable contemporary construction methods and standards and purchasing of high quality equipment to enable high quality construction works, with a current value of 380,000 Euro.

SND has a great experience in both genuine construction and refurbishment works.

Since the beginning, the company has had collaborations with highly professional planners and designers. In order to increase our possibilities of participating in more challenges and events, we encouraged the most distinguished collaborators to join a projection team. So with Tirana District Court Order, No. 37201, date 15.01.2007 is established the architectural studio “STUDIO A-01".

Also, during the 2007, the company has enlarged the range of the activity with a plant for elaboration of gravel.
